Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Seven Wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and reason for return. In some cases, we may be able to suggest alternative solutions that could save you time and return shipping costs.
Important Information
- Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and all returns must be sent to our designated China warehouse.
- Damaged Items – If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- Final Sale Items – Albums, Season’s Greetings, and Lightsticks are final sale and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
- Return Address – Do not send your return to the sender’s address on the shipping label. This is not our return facility and may result in delays or unprocessed returns. We will provide you with the correct return address after your request is approved.
