Seven Wear Return & Exchange Policy



At Seven Wear, we’re committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you ever need to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below to understand your available options.


To begin a return, you’ll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the allowed time frame, starting from the day your order is delivered. You can do this by contacting our Customer Support Team.


When contacting us, please provide:


  1. Your order number
  2. Product details – name, size, color, or variation
  3. Reason for return – defective item, size exchange, unwanted/unopened return, or defective item repair
  4. For size exchanges, the size you’d like in replacement

General Return Conditions



  • All returns require prior authorization and must be shipped to our China warehouse with a service that provides a tracking number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete.
  • Final Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Albums, Season’s Greetings, and Lightsticks are final sale and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
  • We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions or skin sensitivity.
  • Seven Wear is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using Registered Air Mail.
  • Shipping fees, handling costs, and coupon discounts are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns or change this policy without prior notice.
  • Refunds for out-of-stock items are issued as store credit unless a refund to your original payment method is requested within 14 days of notification.
  • Other refunds may be issued as store credit, original payment method, or coupon, depending on the situation.

  • You pay the return shipping cost; we cover the shipping for your replacement.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.




Unwanted or Unopened Items



  • Must be in original packaging and condition.
  • You pay the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we confirm the return meets our requirements.
