the employees and seven wear were AMAZING they care about the inclusiveness of the clothes and everyone's size. the customer support is INSANE so perfect they have replies coming in a matter of a few hours. they check up on u send newsletters about the recent drama and nothing feels like its ai. If in person shopping was as great as fashion chingu is it would be paradise.

This company was a great find. Although initially sceptical when first ordering, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the clothing (and some very unique pieces). Reasonable prices and regular promotions means your money goes a little bit further! Delivery is relatively quick (and free shipping) and there are regular real-time updates on the progress of your order.
However, for me, the strongest positive is Seven Wear customer service. Responses are speedy and feel personalised (rather than standard automated replies). The staff are very helpful and any queries are answered quickly and satisfactorily.

Ordered a few items for my daughter and they arrived in less than 2 weeks to Toronto. We were pleasantly surprised by how quick they arrived from China. Had a size issue with one shirt and their customer service was very quick and helpful to get the proper size. There are lots of cool clothes and accessories. They are affordable and exactly like I expected them to be. Delivery was pretty fast - the biggest delay was Australia post. I’m very happy with my purchase. The only slight bother is that the earrings are hard to put in, there is a little bulge where it clasps and that’s hard to push through my ear piercing hole.
